The Ventina piste is one of Cervinia’s most famous descents and a true symbol of the Cervino Ski Paradise area. At around 11 kilometres, it offers a unique experience combining snow, high-altitude scenery and spectacular views of the Matterhorn.
The descent begins at Plateau Rosà and takes skiers all the way down to Breuil-Cervinia along a long, wide and consistently scenic route. It’s a piste that allows for continuous skiing, alternating easier stretches with sections that call for solid technique.
While not an extreme piste, its length and elevation drop make it particularly well suited to intermediate and advanced skiers, who can take it on at their own pace, without rushing.
On sunny days, the Ventina delivers some of the finest views in the whole ski area, making it one of the most loved experiences for anyone skiing in Cervinia.
