Lo <strong>sci estivo<\/strong> ci dar\u00e0 la possibilit\u00e0 di fare le tanto agognate sciate e di <strong>recuperare<\/strong> una parte di quanto perso durante la stagione invernale! <strong>Prepariamo quindi sci e scarponi<\/strong> e cerchiamo di capire le mete migliori da prendere in considerazione per le nostre <strong>emozionanti<\/strong> sciate estive!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 title=\"\">Sciare in Estate? Si pu\u00f2. Scopriamo dove<\/h2>\n<div class=\"typo-block\">\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/hello2.customcode.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/monte-cervino1-1.jpg\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La prima domanda da porsi \u00e8 dove <strong>sciare in estate<\/strong> e cercare di capire quali sono le piste pi\u00f9 indicate per il nostro sci estivo..<br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>In Italia le localit\u00e0 dove praticare lo sci estivo sono quattro: tutte possiedono <strong>ghiacciai<\/strong> e si trovano ad <strong>elevate altitudini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <strong>Passo dello Stelvio<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E\u2019 uno dei <strong>pi\u00f9 grandi comprensori <\/strong>sciistici estivi di tutta <strong>Europa<\/strong>, si trova a 2.768 metri di altitudine e conta 20 km di piste e 6 impianti di risalita. Questa destinazione \u00e8 particolarmente indicata per chi si trova alle <strong>prime armi<\/strong> e vuole <strong>migliorare la tecnica <\/strong>grazie alla presenza di molte piste semplici.\u00a0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019apertura dello sci estivo in Italia coincide con l\u2019apertura degli impianti al Passo dello Stelvio con l\u2019appuntamento <strong>White Feeling<\/strong> (dal 2 al 6 giugno 2021) dove esperti istruttori guideranno in percorsi freeride nella natura incontaminata.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <strong>Passo del Tonale<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con il ghiacciaio di Presena, si caratterizza pi\u00f9 come <strong>sci primaverile<\/strong>, in genere chiude a fine giugno. Presenta ottime pendenze, si pu\u00f2 praticare lo <strong>slalom e il gigante<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <strong>Val Senales<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con il ghiacciaio di <strong>Giogo Alto <\/strong>\u00e8 un\u2019altra localit\u00e0 per praticare lo sci estivo ma con chiusura anticipata durante le settimane pi\u00f9 calde dell\u2019estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive\" src=\"https:\/\/hello2.customcode.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/estate-cervinia-1.jpg\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Sci estivo a Cervinia<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cervinia \u00e8 una localit\u00e0 <strong>molto apprezzata<\/strong> per praticare lo sci estivo: \u00e8 l\u2019unica infatti che consente di sciare sia sul <strong>versante italiano<\/strong> sia su quello <strong>svizzero<\/strong> e per passare da un versante all\u2019altro si usa un <strong>pass transfrontaliero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il <strong>Plateau Rosa<\/strong> \u00e8 il ghiacciaio sciabile con le <strong>quote pi\u00f9 elevate d\u2019Europa<\/strong>, i tracciati infatti sono compresi tra i 3.480 e i 3.900 metri sul livello del mare. Le piste si estendono per 26 km e sono <strong>per i principianti <\/strong>ma anche per gli <strong>sciatori pi\u00f9 esperti<\/strong>: il versante italiano comprende 5,5 km mentre i restanti 21 km appartengono al versante svizzero dell\u2019area sciistica di Zermatt, il modo per raggiungere pi\u00f9 agevolmente il versante svizzero \u00e8 attraverso quello italiano.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il comprensorio possiede anche uno <strong>snowpark<\/strong> e il <strong>Gravity park<\/strong> di Plateau Rosa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Cervinia \u00e8 la meta ideale per chi ama lo <strong>sci estivo<\/strong> e desidera godere del <strong>relax <\/strong>e delle innumerevoli attivit\u00e0 che la montagna pu\u00f2 offrire in estate: <strong>passeggiate<\/strong> tra i prati fioriti, <strong>trekking<\/strong>, alpinismo ma anche escursioni a cavallo e gite in <strong>mountain bike<\/strong>. Proprio per gli amanti della bici esistono piste di downhill e cross country. In caso di mal di testa, respiro corto e nausea sar\u00e0 necessario scendere di quota e dare il tempo al corpo di abituarsi.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\n<h5><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; <strong>Vestirsi in maniera adeguata<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante lo sci estivo sar\u00e0 necessario utilizzare <strong>abbigliamento tecnico e traspirante<\/strong>, l\u2019ideale \u00e8 vestirsi a strati: il primo strato a contatto con la pelle deve essere di tessuto <strong>tecnico traspirante<\/strong>, il secondo di <strong>materiale leggero<\/strong> utile in caso di abbassamento delle temperature ma che non risulti troppo pesante in caso di caldo intenso, il terzo strato deve essere necessariamente <strong>impermeabile<\/strong>.
