– 2 espresso cups of Valdostan grappa<\/span>
– 8 teaspoons of sugar<\/span>
– Lemon zest<\/span>
– Orange zest<\/span><\/p>\n

Pour, in the typical Valdostan “Coppa dell’amicizia,” the coffee<\/strong>, which should be long and boiling, preferably prepared by direct infusion rather than espresso. <\/p>\n

Add the sugar<\/strong>, orange zest<\/strong>, and lemon zest<\/strong>. Sprinkle the rim of the cup with sugar, moistening it with grappa<\/strong> and pouring the rest into the coffee. <\/p>\n

Ignite<\/strong> the liquid, stirring with a spoon and letting it burn until the sugar on the edge is caramelized<\/strong>.
